(1) Exercising the right of revocation
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reasons.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier received the goods. If several packages are sent in a single order, the period begins from receipt of the last package from the order.

inform you of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email). You can use the sample cancellation form linked above, although this is not mandatory. You can also find the form on our website.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of cancellation before the fourteen-day period has expired.
(2) Consequences of revocation
If you revoke this contract, we will pay you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (flat rate of €4.99 (within Germany), €9.90 (Austria) or €12.90 ( Switzerland), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless with You have expressly agreed otherwise; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees as a result of this repayment.
We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have proven that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier.
We do not cover the costs of returning the goods.

Place the items in the original box, stamp the package accordingly and give the package to a shipping service provider of your choice. To prevent problems during shipping, we recommend insured shipping with DHL. Keep the proof of posting until you have received your refund from us. As soon as we have received your return, we will process it within 14 days.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling other than what is necessary to check the nature, properties and functionality of the goods - for example, going beyond trying them on in the store.
