Shipping policy
Shipment:
We charge a flat rate of €4.99 for every delivery in Germany.
The flat rate is independent of the quantity of goods, the packages required for an order and the shipping method selected.
We do not deliver internationally, with the exception of Switzerland, Netherlands, Belgium and Austria. For deliveries to Belgium, the Netherlands and Austria we charge a shipping fee of €9.90. For deliveries to Switzerland we charge a shipping fee of €12.90. These flat rates are independent of the quantity of goods, the packages required for an order and the shipping method selected.
We reserve the right to choose the shipping method. After placing the order you can track the delivery.
When paying by credit card, instant bank transfer or Paypal, we deliver within a period of between 3 and 7 days.

Are you from Moers or are you currently nearby? Great, then come by our shop yourself and pick up your order in person! :)
